Cancellation Policy
At THE LOOK by Karolina Janusz, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This helps us manage our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.
All deposits are non-refundable, but with at least 24 hours’ notice, they may be transferred to a new appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. We appreciate your understanding.
