Cancellation Policy
At THE LOOK by Karolina Janusz, we ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations of color or extensions appointments. This helps us manage scheduling and offer the time to another client.
All extensions deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with 24 hours’ notice to a new appointment time.
Cancellations made with less notice will result in deposit forfeiture. We appreciate your understanding.
